7 Day Notice to Pay or Vacate

The landlord must demand that the Tenant vacate the unit before filing for an eviction. The landlord must ask the Tenant to leave the property either in writing or verbally. If the landlord does not do this, the Tenant can indicate that they received improper notice or that no demand for possession was made.

We Mail a Certified 7 Day Notices.  That way The Landlord has proof it was sent.
